Visual Arts and Design Expo, October 2010
The Visual Arts and Design Expo was held at the National Museum of Cultural History in Pretoria on Friday 29 October 2010. It was attended by Innocentia, Ntombi and Angeline who were involved in sales and orders of books and by Anthea who conducted market research and made contacts for future projects in arts education publishing. The expo was attended mainly by teachers and subject advisors for FET education. More info >>
Jozi Book Fair, August 2010
The book fair was held from the 7-9 August at Museum Africa sponsored by Khanya College, and was attended by DK representatives Thandeka, Innocentia and Ntombi. Interesting encounters occurred including with publishers, art teachers, historians, library managers and people from the Department of Education. More info >>
Ekurhuleni District School Libraries Exhibition, May 2010
On the 21 April 2010, two DKP representatives, Thandeka Tsambo and Innocentia Rantao visited the Ekurhuleni District School Libraries Exhibition at Wollowmore High School, Benoni. The purpose of the visit was to expose new schools and educators to David Krut Publishing and the many books on offer. Our presence definitely made an impact on our visitors. It is an important, ongoing project for David Krut Publishing to reach out to schools across the country.
